Photos by James Lissimore Round three of the Rockstar Triple Crown SX Tour found us in Quebec City at the Videotron Centre. We had a lot of FXR athletes line up for the amateur day and we were able to get a few shots from earlier in the day. As for the pro guys, pressure mounts in the 450 class and in the 250 class, Jess Pettis continues to dominate as we head into the final round next weekend in Hamilton, Ontario. Let's take a look at some of the action from QC.
Jamie Powell put on a solid ride given his first SX round was this weekend. He would take 3rd in Intermediate Open.
Ludovick Rivard would take 1st in 50 Open and 5th in 65 Open.
#515 Anthony Lebel finished 5th in 85 Open.
Local rider Samantha Emond would finish in 6th spot in Ladies Open.
Making the drive from Nova Scotia was Wide Open Racing team member Lexi Helgason who would take 7th in Ladies Open.
Malia Garant was able to finish with a 5th place in Ladies Open.

Primed and ready to go. A last few words of encouragement from team manager Kevin Tyler.

Making certain that he secures those red plates heading into the final round.
Pettis once again would claim the win for 250 pro.
Homework has been completed for the whoops. Let's see how this goes.
Marco Cannella pulled it together and was claiming his own victory on those darned whoops.
A great ride for Cannella taking 5th place.
A few struggles for Mike Fowler in Quebec City but he managed to pull things together.
Fowler would take 11th place.
Sam Gaynor is back for more. Gaynor had a blast at Delaware SX and knew he wanted to complete the series.
Sam rode smart and claimed 8th place.
Quebec native William Crete came back after a DNF in his heat race to take the Semi win and he would finish 14th in the main event.
Phil Nicoletti locked and loaded for the main event.
Phil's last visit to Quebec was less than a great experience where he ended in some cracked ribs. Time heals all wounds and he came out strong here in Quebec City and proved he should be on the box.
Phil Nicoletti would take the win in his heat race.
With plenty of slicing and dicing in front of him, Nicoletti would finish the night in 3rd place.
A bad crash ended Davey Fraser's night early. He has a broken collarbone, bruised lung and some busted up ribs so he's going to be out for a while. Heal up soon Davey.
Podium time for Nicoletti as he talks to the QC crowd.
