Wow what an end to the season! The Triple Crown Series drew to an end this past weekend in Hamilton where they wrapped up the SX Tour portion of the series and the full Triple Crown. The 250 Pro class had Luke Renzland coming into the final round as points leader but it was a slim points lead that divided him from GDR Honda rider Dylan Wright, so Luke had his work cut out for him on Saturday night. Renzland put his head down and got the job done to land him the 2019 SX Tour 250 Pro title for the Royal Distributing/FXR/Yamaha Canada/MX101 team. In the 450 class, Phil Nicoletti was the guy to beat and he pretty much just had to qualify for the evening show to cash in on the big win. In true Phil form, he didn't just cruise around, he was up there to show why he's the champ. Yes, Phil not only cashed in on the Triple Crown Series title but he also won the SX Tour 450 Pro Championship. Congratulations to all of our athletes on a fantastic season and look forward to our 2020 year ahead.

The stage was set for battle at the last round of the SX Tour and the 450 class wouldn't disappoint.
Just chillin' in the pits. No pressure Luke.
It's been a great supercross season for Cade Clason and he can reflect back on his year knowing he's on top of his game heading into the AMA supercross.
We welcomed back Marco Cannella after a nasty bout of poison ivy left him without the use of his arms last round.
All smiles for Shawn Maffenbeier at Hamilton but his evening would take a turn for worse.
Davey Fraser had a good night in Hamilton.
Fraser would holeshot and lead the first moto.
Davey would take 4-11 for 10th overall.
Jamie Powell grabbed 10th in his heat, 6th in the semi and took 12th in the first moto.
Travis Delnicki would take 6-12 for 12th overall.
Not the night that Tyler Gibbs was hoping for. He had a hard get-off in the first moto.
Gibbs can walk away from his season with his head held high though. His rookie year was a learning year and coming into 2020 he will know what to expect and the results will show he's capable of.
Marco Cannella was pretty much back to form at his home town race in Hamilton.
Cannella would take 5-7 for 7th overall.
Back to Canada to double class was what Mike Fowler came to do.
The #94 was the guy to watch for in the 250 class. Luke Renzland was on the hunt up front.
Renzland would take 2-2 for 3rd overall for the night but his overall series points would crown him SX Tour 250 Pro Champion!
Cade Clason seems to have gelled with his Kawasaki because he's been on fire these last few rounds.
Clason after a very scary crash earlier in the day during qualifying would come back strong and take the win in the first moto.
We will see plenty more of these moments for Clason.
Cade gets some time on the stage to talk to the fans about his win.
Clason would take 1-4 or 4th overall.
Eric Jeffery would take 3-9 for 6th overall.
Mike Fowler would line up in the 450 class as well and he took 4-10 for 10th overall.
Talan Hansen took 8th in his heat race, 4th in the Semi and 10th in moto one.
Sam Gaynor can now strike "Rookie" off his title from here on out.
Gaynor had a good ride in Hamilton finishing 5-6 for 7th overall.
Sam was also named "Rookie of the Year" at the Triple Crown banquet on Sunday after an impressive 1st pro season under his belt.
Shawn Maffenbeier looked really good out there in practice.
Unfortunately Shawn's night ended just as it was getting started.
A nasty get off during his heat race caused that race to get red flagged and Shawn was carried off the track. We know that he has fractured tibial plateau and has flown back to BC for more assessment to find out what is going on with his knee. Heal up soon Shawn!
Phil Nicoletti charged hard in his motos and proved why he's the guy with the red plate.
KTM rider Cole Thompson had run-ins with lappers and he let his head get to him and pretty much threw away any chance of catching Phil Nicoletti on Saturday night.
Phil for the win!
FXR Brand Manager Andy White hands over the #1 jersey for the podium and guess what...Phi is smiling!
