ROUND 9 BUDDS CREEK | MARYLAND MOTOCROSS 2021 | PHOTO REPORT

Round 9 of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Series brought us to Maryland for the Budds Creek National. The story of the day was Coty Schock! With this being a hometown race for Coty he was able to not only grab his best ever moto finish of 7th place but his best ever overall of 9th in the 450 class! Kyle Chisholm also joined in the series for some fun and was able to grab an impressive 11th place overall. This was an amazing race considdering Kyle just jumped in the series with a couple races left in the championship. Other riders in the 450 class were Jacob Runkles in 15th, Chris Canning 17th, Tristan Lane 28th, Ricci Randanella 30th, Cory Carsten 31st, Bryton Carroll 35th, and Kenneth Venarchick in 37th. In the 250 class Carson Mumford was top finisher for FXR in 13th overall. Garrett Marchbanks also rode great for the most part of moto 1 but some sickness during the day forced him into 38th spot on the day. Other 250 riders at Budds Creek for FXR were Zack Williams in 22nd, Brandon Scharer 29th, Lawrence Fortin in 40th, and Stephen Hooker in 41st. Next spot for the series is Ironman Raceway in Crawfordsville, IN on August 28th, 2021.
BUDDS CREEK - Round 8
Coty Schock took home his best ever moto finish of 7th in moto 1!
Coty Schock was also able to get a career best 9th overall in the 450 class!
Great to have Kyle Chisholm back at the races!
Chiz defenitely "Chizzed" taking home 11th overall at Budds.
Kyle will be racing Ironman as well next weekend.
What a ride out of RUNKLES!
Jacob Runkles ran top 10 a lot of the day and finished 15th overall in the 450 class.
Garrett Marchbanks had a great start moto 1 running top 5 most of the race!
A sickness cut Garrett's day short and he will realvaulate the rest of the season after some tests.
Carson Mumford has been pretty solid as of late and finished 13th at Budds.
Mumford debuted some new Podium gear at Round 9.

Brandon Scharer finished 29th in the 250 class.
Scharer is nursing some injuries still from Loretta Lynn's but is getting better and better.
Zack Williams was 22nd overall in the 250 class.

Ricci Randanella was 30th in the 450 class.
Tristan Lane 28th place in the 450 class.
Stephen Hooker 41st in 250 class.
Lawrence Fortin finished 40th in th 250 class.
Chris Canning ended up 17th in the 450 class.
Bryton Carroll 35th in the 450 class.
Cory Carsten 31st in the 450 class.
Kenneth Venarchick 37th place in the 450 class.
Next weekend we head to Ironman Raceway for Round 10!
