Despite warm temps and a large dumping of rain the week prior to the race, ISOC did a fantastic job of making sure we had a track with plenty of snow to race on in Michigan! As usual, our FXR racers had another successful weekend—scoring 26 total podium appearances. 

- FRIDAY -  

Sport 

 To kick off the race weekend, Ryley Bester #151 continues his podium streak. After taking 2nd in his heat, Ryley kept the momentum going into his Sport final where he placed 3rd. 

Snowbike  

Close racing in Friday night’s Snowbike final as Tyler Vacala #515 and William Van Hook #88 soar over the finish line side by side. William placed 1st by only 0.265 seconds over Tyler who landed in the 2nd spot. 

Pro Am Women 

 Going 1-1 in her heats, Malene Andersen #93 finished off the night in 2nd place. 

Pro Lite 

 Andy Lieders #57 had an exciting 3rd place finish in Friday night’s Pro Lite final, and on the box for the second weekend in a row, Nisse Kjellstrom #27 landed in 2nd 

Pro  

Woodies Racing’s Johan Lidman #52 made his first podium appearance of the season, scoring 3rd place in Friday night’s Pro final to wrap up the first night of racing in Michigan. 

- SATURDAY - 

 JR 14-15 

 To kick off the second day of racing, Brayden Kernz #811 scored 2nd place in the JR 14-15 final. 

Transition 8-10 

 It was a great day of racing for both Cameron Cole #747 and Tanner Johnson #313. Tanner went 1-2 in his heats and placed 3rd in the final. Cameron went 1-1 in his heats and went on to place 1st in the Transition 8-10 final. 

JR Girls 9-13 

 We had a full podium on Saturday for the JR Girls 9-13 final. Addison Bourdages #330 placed 3rd, Sophia Hulsey #800 came in 2nd, and Mckaylee Meyerhofer #890 took the win. 

JR 16-17 

 Showing his face on the podium for the second time of the day, Brayden Kernz #811 placed 3rd in his JR 16-17 final. 

JR 10-13 

 Kellen Chapuran #254 went 2-1 in his heats and finished 2nd in the final. Drew Freeland #821, with the fastest lap time by nearly two seconds, took the win in the JR 10-13 final. 

Stock 200 

 Riley Johnson #106 added another one to his collection of plaques, scoring 2nd place in the Stock 200 final. 

Transition 9-13 

 Wrapping up the morning races, Kellen Chapuran #254 finished 2nd and Cameron Cole #747 took the win. 

120 Champ 

 Carter Meyeraan #125 went an outstanding 2-2-2 in Saturday’s 120 Champ class. Brady Freeland #831 went 1-1 in his heats, and with a big smile on his face, took the big win in the final. 

Pro Am Women 

 Elina Ohman #17 scored herself a 2nd place finish in the Pro Am Women final. Malene Andersen #93 had a perfect day, going 1-1-1. 

Sport  

Ryley Bester #151 does it again, making his second podium appearance of the weekend—this time placing 2nd in his final. 

Pro Lite  

Going 3-1 in his heats, Aki Pihlaja #128 went on to score 2nd place in Saturday night’s Pro Lite final, and is currently sitting 3rd in points.  

Pro 

 It was a weekend full of action for Kody Kamm #1. On Friday, Kody went 1-1 in his heats, beating out Tucker Hibbert in an intense battle. In Friday night’s final, Kody was running front of the pack when he had an off. He raced his way back up to 5th. Saturday, Kody went 2-2 in his heats. In the final he was running in 1st for the majority of the race, where he also obtained the fastest lap time. With only a few laps to go, he was passed and landed in 2nd to finish off the weekend. 

One week off, and then we’ll be back at it in Dubuque, Iowa on March 9th & 10th for rounds 13 & 14 of Amsoil Championship Snocross.
