The second stop on the Amsoil Championship Snocross tour brought us back to Buffalo River Race Park, located in Glyndon, Minnesota—about 13 miles east of Fargo, North Dakota. Snocross frequented Buffalo River Race Park in the past, but not since 2015.

After what felt like the snowstorm of the century wiped out half of the race weekend in Duluth two weeks ago, we were able to tack on an extra day in Fargo to make up the Saturday races that were cancelled in Duluth. The remainder of the races will be made up on Sunday at Canterbury (January 3rd through 5th).

Over the weekend, we had three days of racing in frigid Fargo, where the average temp was hanging right around -8°F for most of the weekend. When temperatures are this low, the snow dust makes visibility on the track very difficult. Despite the cold, crazy snow dust, and maybe a little frost bite, our FXR athletes did not disappoint—bringing home a total of 47 medals this weekend!
